Poor support
Awesome when it works but user support experience needs more work especially when you have paid for a lifetime membership. Sync logic needs more work. If you request 10 episodes to be synced it downloads 4 simultaneously so you wait 4 times longer than you need to before you can start watching the first episode. Background downloading is hit and miss as is when screen is locked.
They direct you to a forum. Then they ask for logs. Cant find logs. Then they tell you to use a secret two finger tap to locate the debugging menu. Then they want you to email the logs to yourself and post to the forum. How do you do that from an iphone? Wait till you get home and use a desktop. Then wait for forum members to help. Then try their suggestions.
Lowered it to one star. My WiFi got interrupted and an episode that was synced at 90% went back to 50%.
Regret buying a pass. Not yet at a level where Plex should be charging.
